About Me.png

I started my career 14 years ago with Just the Tonic Comedy Clubs and Artist Management. Fairly soon, I went from making the teas and answering the phone to transforming payments and back-end systems of the whole company. At the same time, I was managing multiple artists and producing live shows every weekend in Nottingham, Leicester and London's Leicester Square, working with the likes of

Johnny Vegas, Noel Fielding and Piff the Magic Dragon.

Just the Tonic was my first foray into the Edinburgh Fringe Festival; assisting with the management of 4 major Fringe venues, production of over 90 shows across 10 performances spaces and management of over 200 Fringe staff members. I also co-produced several Comedy Award nominated shows.

After being headhunted by a prestigious talent management company, I became their Head of the Live department. With artists such as John Bishop, Romesh Ranganathan and Rob Beckett on the roster, I gained a wealth of experience booking, organising and producing everything from warm-up shows to huge corporate events. During this time, I created and produced regular successful stand-up nights at Concrete Shoreditch, Leicester Square Theatre and The Ivy.

In time, I decided to go it alone and set up a live agency and production company. CatFace Talent was born and I launched with an incredible line up including Ellie Taylor, Joel Dommett, Jen Brister and Foil, Arms & Hog

CatFace quickly went from strength to strength. Highlights include signing solo-show sensation Luisa Omielan, winning Street Team of the Year Award at the Fringe, producing the critically acclaimed 'The Dark Room' show and putting performances in venues like Shepherd's Bush Empire, Birmingham's Hippodrome, The O2 Forum, the Clapham Grand and the EICC.

One of my biggest achievements was creating, producing and directing the sell-out spectacular 'Take A Comedian Out' show at the Edinburgh Fringe, selling out a huge venue and garnering a tonne of media coverage. After that buzz, I then created the sell-out mixed bill show The Edinburgh Fringe Magic Gala.

On top of all this, I organised shows and tours in the UK, Australia, Ireland, New York and Europe. Everything from booking venues, poster artwork, stage & tech plans, to tour itineraries, budgets, sales reports and marketing strategies.

In 2019, I made the difficult decision to close the company I loved to care for my Mum.
I then made the move into the world of corporate events, booking artists, creatives and installations for worldwide events often with sky-high budgets.. Highlights include supplying in-store entertainers and painters for fashion house Dolce and Gabbana, creating a Greatest Showman-esque circus event for a client from scratch and organising performers for a F1 British Grand Prix party.

Covid-19 hit, the entertainment industry collapsed and I became a Mum!

Now, I am now enjoying my role assisting clients across comedy, PR, theatre and performance.
